We’re pleased to offer 6-8 business day tracked shipping on all orders within the USA!

If an item is not in stock in the USA, it may be shipped from our non-USA warehouse. In this case, the 6-8 business day shipping option will say that there is a delay and our Worldwide Shipping policies will apply.

Worldwide Shipping

We’re pleased to offer tracked shipping to customers worldwide! Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 8 to 12 business days.

Please note that for PO boxes and military addresses, delivery may take 4 to 30 business days. We recommend avoiding business addresses whenever possible, as this can sometimes lead to delivery issues, especially if your order arrives outside of business hours.

Duty Fees and Customs Policy

Please note that Valorrea is unable to cover or refund any duty fees incurred due to your local laws. In most cases, VAT and customs fees may not apply because of the relatively low value of our shipments. However, we recommend checking the customs and VAT regulations in your local area before making a purchase to ensure a smooth delivery process.

• If an item is sold out in one warehouse, we may ship it from another location that offers the fastest delivery. This decision is made at our discretion to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel or edit it. In this case, you can return the items to us once they are delivered.
